The East Rail line moved to the new underground platforms beneath the Tuen Ma line platforms on 15 May 2022, upon the opening of the line's extension to Admiralty) "Admiralty Station (MTR)"). The last train departed from the old platforms at 00:28 on 15 May 2022, and the original East Rail, West Rail line and through train platforms were permanently closed to passengers thereafter. Hung Hom is now an intermediate station on both the East Rail and Tuen Ma lines.

Mid-Life Refurbishment Train(MLR)

The East Rail line Metro Cammell EMU (also known as Mid-Life Refurbishment Train , Chinese: 港鐵中期翻新列車; or MLR Train ) was a model of electric multiple unit built in 1980–1990 by Metro-Cammell for the original Kowloon–Canton Railway (now the East Rail line) in Hong Kong. The 29 sets were owned by and were originally operated by the Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC). They were operated by MTR Corporation (MTRC) after it merged with KCRC in 2007. Although another set of EMU trains from the same manufacturer) "MTR Metro Cammell EMU (DC)") operate on some of MTR's own lines, there are some significant differences between the two models, with the Metro Cammell EMUs of the original MTR being known as the M-Train) "MTR Metro Cammell EMU (DC)") .

The fun begins on April 20th at 10:00 AM, when tickets become available for free online reservations. It's crucial to book your spot as early as possible to secure your attendance.

B. Reservation Time Slots

The exhibition opens on every Tuesday to Sunday and Public Holidays (Closed on Mondays)

The exhibition offers several time slots for visitors:

  • 11:30 AM
  • 13:15 PM
  • 15:00 PM
  • 16:45 PM

Each session lasts for 75 minutes, accommodating approximately 100 people.
